Capture

Three taps. No report writing.

The capture button is on every screen and pre-fills the current block. Six large actions cover the day; two smaller ones cover the rest.

What you can capture

Photo

Camera or roll. Auto-tagged with the block, activity, and project. One-line caption. Batch upload later in low-data mode.

She said

Any script. Language detected or picked. Context from the current block. Translation offered. New words go to the vocabulary inbox. A star sends it to the portfolio.

Block done

Pick the block, default current. Done, Partly, Skip. Engagement 1 to 3 on invitations. Outdoor minutes and which book, when relevant.

Mood

Five faces, energy low, ok, or high, an optional note.

Sleep and nap

Start and stop with a live timer, or type a time. Night sleep from parents.

Outdoor

Presets 15, 30, 60, 75, 90 minutes, or a timer. Screen minutes on the same form, collapsed.

Concern

Text and a photo. Parents are notified now. Open, seen by, resolved with a note. Stays between the adults.

Observation

One line about something you want to remember, tagged with domains.

Tagged by default

Every entry knows who, when, which block, which language

That is what makes the portfolio sort itself by domain, project, language, and month, and what feeds the language exposure chart. Nothing to fill in.

Day-to-day adults can edit their own entries for 24 hours; owners and full-access adults can always edit. Every edit keeps a history.

Offline first

Queued on the phone, sent later, deduplicated

Entries write to a local database first and sync in the background. Each mutation carries an id so a retry never creates a duplicate. Conflicts resolve last-write-wins with history kept.

Photos

Compressed on the phone, stored in your region

Photos are re-encoded on arrival, which strips location and device metadata, and the original is deleted. They are stored in Singapore and served through the API with short-lived access. In low-data mode a small version uploads first and the full size waits for Wi-Fi.

FAQ

Can the child’s face be in photos?

That is your family’s decision. Photos never leave your tenant unless you export or share a highlight link. The marketing site never uses real family photos.

Does the adult on duty need to type?

Only for quotes, and voice-to-text can be switched on for their device. Everything else is taps.

What is low-data mode?

A per-device setting that reduces image quality and delays photo uploads until Wi-Fi.

Run the day. Keep the year.

Create the family and invite the other adult. Free during early access.
