Export or delete

Export your family or delete the cloud copy from Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Settings › Privacy and Settings › Export hold the leave paths.

Export

  1. Open Settings › Export.
  2. Download the family’s records.
  3. Keep the file somewhere you control.

Delete the family

  1. Open Settings › Privacy.
  2. Delete the family.
  3. The cloud copy is removed. Devices that were online drop the local copy after sync.

Remove one adult instead

If you only want to remove a helper or a viewer, remove them in Settings › Adults. Do not delete the family for that.
