Settings
Every settings page, every control on it, its options and default, and which role can use it.
Settings is for Account owner and Full access. Some pages are owner only. Day-to-day adults use Me instead.
Account#

Family#
Family name · Timezone (IANA name) · Family languages (any of the 19; at least one) · Family default language (one of the selected).
Children#
Per child: names in each family language, date of birth, photo. Add another child.
Adults (owner for invites and roles)#
Per member: display name, who they are, what to call them, what they can do (Full access, Day-to-day, Highlights), colour, Deactivate. Invite someone with email or link and the Simple phone option. Pending invites with Revoke. The capability table.
Languages & budget#
Languages we use (Dhivehi, English, Malay, Indonesian, Mandarin) · Budget by age band (sliders summing to 100; default 50/35/15) · Who speaks what (per adult; default Dhivehi) · Mandarin decision (Defer, Plan for 4, Skip; default Defer).
Schedule template#
Weekday and weekend tabs; per block: time, name, owner, language (Owner language, Dhivehi, English, Malay, Mixed), core; add or remove blocks; Effective from (default today); Save as new version; version history.
Notifications#
This device: enable or disable push, send test. Per adult: each rule's enabled state, channels (in-app always on; web push, email, Telegram), and time.
Habit health#
Read-only: twelve trailing-90-day metrics with target, badge, and sparkline.

Export & delete#
Exports: JSON (all data), CSV (logs), Portfolio PDF (month), Yearbook PDF (year), Playbook item PDF, Printable PDF, Book prompts PDF, Evidence PDF. Past exports with status and download. Delete family data (owner only): type the family name, Request deletion; grace period 7 days by default, configurable 1 to 90.
Audit log (owner only)#
Who changed what, when: actor filter, action prefix filter, 30 per page, expandable detail. Covers family changes and exports; AI calls are logged separately with feature, model, size, who, and when.
