Hub#

Six tiles with counts: Classes ("{n} programs · {n} trials"), People & playdates ("{n} contacts · {n} ageing"), Places ("rotate monthly"), Trips ("planned"), Festivals & rhythm ("upcoming"), Calendar sync (status). Then Coming up for the next seven days, a warning for class-rule violations, and a load line.

Classes#

List: Add trial, program cards with trial progress or enrolled chip, provider · weekday and time · duration · cost · adult, fit stars, start date. The filter card: go for ≤8 per group, parent-accompanied at 2, teachers on the floor, free trial, a language you want more of; skip right-brain programmes, phonics for 2-year-olds, certificates and levels, ratios over 1:5, screens.

Detail: provider, when, where, cost, adult, status (Trial n/limit or Enrolled), calendar (synced, tentative block, not synced), Sessions & fit with mood after, engagement, fatigue. Actions: Rate today's session, Keep / Drop (with the rule "anything that leaves her wired or flat → skip"), Review this class, Edit, set an exception for one occurrence.

Fit score: mood out of 5 and engagement out of 3 averaged, minus fatigue, on a 0 to 5 scale.

People & playdates#

Target line: "Core group target: 3–4 families ±12 months · weekly rotating playdate." Rotating scheduler suggestion. Upcoming playdates with status (invited, confirmed, declined, done), RSVP link, Mark done. Contact book with relationship, calls per week, days since contact (never; over 14 days amber; over 30 red), Touch. Playdate sheet: with, date, time, where, Invite (creates a 30-day RSVP link and a 90-minute calendar event). Relatives are excluded from playdate rotation.

Places#

Weather banner. Place add: name, kind (nature, animals, science, culture), best time, duration limit, what to bring, optional coordinates. Sections by kind; per place the age chip (never, "N d — rotate in" after 90 days, "N d ago"), linked activities, Visited today. Map view on OpenStreetMap with an offline fallback list. Calendar sync card: status, Connect, Create ICS URL, Copy URL.

Trips#

Trip add: title, dates, purpose tags (immersion, grandparents, sea confidence, learning, identity, resilience, nature), suggested packing. Roadmap of trips: templates with Start. Detail: suggested activities, packing (adult), her checklist (picture buttons), journal ("Day N · location"), Journal entry, Last-night review (what we learned, best moment, next time → portfolio page). Trips push a multi-day calendar event.

Festivals & rhythm#

Range 2026-09 to 2030-08; lunar dates approximate. Per festival: name, kind, date, project suggestion, Add to plan (sets the week's focus and adds a block on the day). Festival add: name, date, kind. Family rituals card.

Calendar sync#

ICS feed (one-year subscribe URL, classes, playdates, trips). Google Calendar when configured: kept classes push as eight weekly instances, playdates as one 90-minute event, trips as one multi-day event; a pull every 15 minutes brings back moves, deletions, and restorations with a notification to the parents; unknown Google events import as read-only busy blocks.
