Month#

A calendar grid with the project banner, festivals, trips, and classes. Tapping a festival makes it the week's focus. Monthly focus cards, editable inline: Focus · Project · New materials · Kak training · Out-of-home · Family · What to observe.

Roadmap#

A 48-month timeline with domain lanes, milestone diamonds, age markers, and a today line. Tap a bar to edit its label and months. Family additions group separately. Below: Year 1 month by month cards linking to the month view. Within 60 days of a birthday: Rewrite this year with a link to the birthday review.

Month and Roadmap are reached from the week view and from each other; the tab bar points at Week.

Auto-plan rules#

  • A tray ignored 7 days shows a badge; 14 days makes it a rotation priority; 21 days excludes it from auto-plan.
  • Replacements come from activities for the child's age band in the two lowest-minute domains that week.
  • One extra swap follows an activity she engaged with strongly in the last 14 days.
  • Proposals are cached per week; accepting is idempotent.

Class rules on the plan#

Weekly caps by age band: 2 at 2-3, 3 at 3-4, 4 after. Never more than one a day. Sunday is a warning, not a block. Trials are reviewed after 3 sessions, fit after 6.

Protected time#

Default: a parent morning window 07:15 to 08:15 and at least four evening parent or bedtime-book blocks a week. The check is worded without guilt: "No pressure — want to swap a slot next week, or is this just how the week went?"
