Run your first Sunday review

By the end of this tutorial you will have finished one weekly review and sent its summary to every adult. It assumes a week of logs exists. Parents only.

1. Open the review#

Go to Review, then Weekly. On a phone, Review is under More. The stepper starts on its own and shows Step 1 of 7.

2. Dashboard#

Look at the language donut and the outdoor bars. Do not decide anything yet. Tap Next ›.

3. Observations#

Yearkeep writes a few sentences from the logs, for example:

  • "Outdoor ≥60 min on 5/7 days (last week 3/7)."
  • "Language: DV 43% · EN 21% · MS 36% (targets 50 / 35 / 15)."
  • "Ignored trays ≥14 d: posting box."

Read them. Tap Next ›.

4. Decisions#

Under What to change? Pick as many as apply, tick one or two boxes. The options come from the week: swap an ignored tray, give a domain more attention, boost a language. Two are always there: Protect a break for Kak this week and Drop: nothing this week. There is an Other field for anything else.

One change is enough. Tap Next ›.

5. Invitations#

Yearkeep drafts next week's tray swaps. Each row reads like "Tray 3: posting box → float and sink" with a Why. Tap Accept all, or use change to open the week and edit by hand. Tap Next ›.

6. Coaching point#

If a Day-to-day adult is in the family, tap Draft coaching point. A short, kind point appears in their language with a rationale. Edit it if you like, or tap Another draft. If it is just you, skip. Tap Next ›.

7. Caregiver check-in#

You see the Day-to-day adult's own check-in for the week, if they made one, and whether their breaks were protected. Type a line in Thanks for {name}; it is pre-filled with "Thank you for this week." Tap Next ›.

8. Summary#

The summary card lists outdoor, language, changes, this week's focus, and your thanks. It is sent to every adult in their own language. Tap Finish.

You are done when#

Review › Past reviews shows this week with a summary link, and the Day-to-day adult's Me page shows the coaching point under This week's coaching point.
