How-to guides
Keep the materials inventory, wishlist, and printables
Track what you own by zone, keep a wishlist by cost tier with a copyable shopping list, and print any of the twenty teaching aids as a PDF.

Goal: the shelf is stocked from what you own, and the next purchases are deliberate. Parents only.
Inventory#
- Go to Library › Materials & shelf › Inventory.
- Items are grouped by zone. Set each item's status: in rotation, stored, or needs replacing.
- Tap Add material for anything not listed: name, zone, status, note, photo.
Owned items unlock activities: the activity filter Materials I have and the Replace with first 8 trays button both read this list.
Wishlist#
- Open the Wishlist tab. Items are grouped by tier with the activities each one unlocks.
- Tap Got it when you buy one; it moves to the inventory.
- Under Shopping list export, tap CSV or Copy list.
Printables#
Open the Printables tab and tap PDF on any sheet: rhythm chart, daily sequence strips, feelings cards, three-period lesson cards, CROWD prompt cards, Plan-Do-Review board, mastery ladder cards, risk versus hazard poster, language protocol card, conflict card, weather and moon chart, number line, shape and colour hunt, project documentation template, Thaana letter tiles, sandpaper letter templates, coin cards, kindness calendar, portfolio page templates, grandparent question cards. Sheets render on A4 with the child's name and, where supported, the on-duty adult's language.
FAQ
How does Materials I have work in the activity filter?
An activity matches if each of its materials matches something you own, by name, in either direction. So owning a small glass jug satisfies jug.
What are the cost tiers?
L is DIY or low cost, M is medium, H is higher. The shopping list groups by tier so you can start with L.
