Daily#

One card: Highlights from today (pre-filled from outdoor minutes, quotes, photos, observations, deep-engagement count; up to six offered; pick one to three; "A quiet day — nothing stood out" is offered when nothing else is), One-line note, Her drawing (optional), Tomorrow in one sentence (pre-filled), Done. Tomorrow's sentence appears on Today.

Weekly (7 steps)#

  1. Dashboard: the language donut and outdoor bars.
  2. Observations: generated lines, for example outdoor days this week against last, the language split against targets, quote counts, domains that dropped by more than half, trays ignored 14 days or more, languages under the 15 percent floor.
  3. Decisions: checkboxes from real signals (swap an ignored tray, give a domain attention, boost a language) plus "Protect a break for Kak this week" and "Drop: nothing this week", and an Other field.
  4. Invitations: the auto-plan proposal with Accept all.
  5. Coaching point: Draft coaching point in the Day-to-day adult's language, editable, Another draft. Skipped when there is no Day-to-day adult.
  6. Caregiver check-in: the Day-to-day adult's own weekly check-in (mood, breaks) and a thanks line, pre-filled "Thank you for this week."
  7. Summary: a card shared with all adults in their own language: outdoor, language, changes, this week's focus, thanks.

The Day-to-day adult sees the summary and their coaching point on their Me page, never the parents' decisions or rating.

Monthly (7 steps)#

  1. Portfolio curation (photos picked, open the month page)
  2. Vocab check (inbox reviewed)
  3. Ladder moves (up to two ladders to focus on)
  4. Class fit (review each enrolled class)
  5. Material rotation (swap ignored trays)
  6. Energy audit (a face per adult; if core completion is under 70 percent or any adult is drained: "Remove or swap one non-core commitment next month; protect breaks before adding anything.")
  7. Project close & next

Birthday (5 steps)#

  1. Year summary: top interests, under-served domains, ladders, vocabulary, classes, trips.
  2. Proposed roadmap: data-driven edits, for example a weekly tray for the two lowest-minute domains and the next step of any ladder that advanced.
  3. Edit quarters: four editable cards.
  4. Yearbook: A4 or A5, generate, download.
  5. Her words: good at, learning, hard, with an optional voice note.
