Plan the week
Read the language forecast, place invitations in the work-cycle slots, change a single day, and confirm anything that lands on a Sunday.
Goal: a week that adds up, before Monday. Parents only.
Steps#
- Go to Plan › Week. Use ‹ Week and Week › to move.
- Read the Language forecast card. The bar stacks the planned share per language against the targets. A banner names any language that is short, for example "English 21% (target 35%)". Under it: counts of core blocks, classes, and invitations.
- Scan the grid. Each day has a theme (Making day, Music day, Nature day). Cells show blocks, classes, playdates, and invitations. A red outline means an overlap with a core block.
- Fill the work-cycle slots. Tap + invitation on an empty cell, pick the Day and Activity, and tap Place. Recently ignored trays are excluded from auto-plan but can be placed by hand.
- To change one day, tap a block and use Save for this day, Save to template, or Remove for this day. See Edit the schedule.
- A class on a Sunday shows Confirm. Sunday is protected by default; confirm only if it is meant.
The drawer#
On the right (desktop) or below (phone), the Drawer · invitations for age lists up to twelve activities for the child's age band, ready to place.
Protected slots#
The Protected slots card counts the parent mornings and evenings that actually happened this week. It is a check on the adults' plan, never a score.

FAQ
Why is a block outlined in red?
It overlaps a core block. Move one of them, or accept the overlap if it is deliberate.
Where are Month and Roadmap?
Plan › Month shows the project banner, festivals, classes, and the month's focus cards. Plan › Roadmap is the two-to-six timeline. Both are under Plan on a desktop; on a phone, open them from the week view's links.
